Bus Trips I Have Taken
Doing Dishes In The Dark
A Life of Complete Misunderstandings
This is the story of how clueless I have been my entire life: misunderstanding, stumbling, questioning (and asking the wrong questions), and generally adrift in a world in which everyone else knows precisely what’s going on. There will also be stories in which I’ve been tragically misunderstood as well. It’s not pretty, but maybe the joke is on me.
Along the way, I’ll sprinkle in book reviews, as I read constantly from a list of books plucked mainly from The New York Times Sunday Book Review—so if you’re wondering if this or that book is worthwhile, I can give you a preliminary feel for it. I’m sure there will be misunderstandings.
As I’m now an official blogger, you’ll find random takes (the exclusive story of why the Mariners continue to stink) and outraged positions (why can’t people turn their car engines off when they’re parked?) All will be carefully fact-checked and vetted by my crack team of unpaid interns from Harvard and Yale.
Please come give it a try, and, if you like it, come back and, by all means, tell your friends. I promise free cash and bitcoins.
